In both countries our Company provides customers total product support with a dedicated service network.
Except DataCard equipment, we also supply and maintain high technology magnetic stripe and smart card encoding/reading equipment for broad commercial use of MAG-TEK, California, USA. We also supply and maintain BARNES smart card testers ISO, EMV and GSM. We also distribute and support HID products World leader in high technology proximity readers and cards.
For many years we have offered to our Markets only high quality products and services. Our field engineers are fully trained and highly skilled. Interactive service software allows our engineers to connect a PC to the equipment and launch powerful diagnostic programs. This software automatically identifies problems, search our service database for answers and recommends appropriate solutions.
