The CPST MJ7500 card personalization system, paired with Datacard Ga-Vehren systems, provides high-quality printing and automated attachment and finishing processes.
The MJ7500 system delivers high throughput with a low cost-per-card, running at speeds up to 30,000 cards per hour (CPH) when printing bar codes and up to 60,000 CPH for PIN and scratch-off applications. UV DoD technology enables high-speed inkjet printing with quality that rivals thermal printing. The specially formulated ink cures quickly and can be applied to a wide range of substrates; improves supplies utilization and reduces operating costs.
The MJ7500 system maintains exceptional data integrity with its innovative data tracking and card reject subsystems. The system employs a single controller, helping to ensure closed-loop system control and the system controller and cameras work together to track each data record as a card is processed.
