Datacard Ga-Vehren Card Jet

The Card Jet is a lower-cost system for straightforward affixing. It is designed primarily for the phone and gift card markets but is also ideal for those who want an affordable backup for overflow finishing.

Datacard Ga-Vehren 912

The 912 is the Datacard Ga-Vehren signature system representing a quality, versatile system. The basic system is fast to set up, easy to run and can be operated by one person.

  • Handles a variety of sizes, stocks and formats

Datacard Ga-Vehren Attacher® - 20 Inch

The Attacher - 20 Inch is the most versatile of the Datacard Ga-Vehren systems. The system is fully modular providing the ability to reconfigure the system as business needs change. The Attacher - 20 Inch allows you to produce creative formats to make your promotions really stand out.

  • Up to 30,000 forms per hour with excellent document registration
  • Handles a wide variety of stock such as flat or folded sheets, cards, brochures, booklets, leaflets and envelopes up to 20" wide.

The Attacher - 30 Inch is a new Datacard Ga-Vehren system and is suited for commercial print, trade bindery and direct mail organizations.

  • Speed is 8,000 - 30,000 packages per hour depending on complexity of market segment jobs
  • Can dual stream narrower jobs, doubling the output

Datacard Ga-Vehren / CPST* Solution

This solution is the CPST technology of UV-cured Drop on Demand (DOD) technology integrated with a Datacard Ga-Vehren system. The solution is the first inline inkjet and fulfillment solution, personalizing the card and carrier.

  • 20,000 - 25,000 packages per hour
  • UV-cured Drop on Demand (DOD) technology
    • Prints quality closer to thermal transfer graphics
    • Print durability of approximately 12 to 18 months
  • Allows for scratch-off label making it ideal for gift, loyalty, membership and phone cards
